Where to use?

qRead is SoftPoint product which turns scans of paper documents or PDF files into searchable and editable electronic files. It is ideal for processes where paper documents are used with little or no variations, like supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, etc.

How it works?

qRead uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to recognize and single out letter on the scanned image and put them into words and sentences.

Using combination of layout based technology (positions on the document) and rule based technology (if Purchase order is 1234 – supplier is ABCD), qRead can accurately recognize important field for processing of documents in your accounting.
